While we hope you enjoy our products as much as we do, we understand that there may be rare cases where things don’t go as planned. In such cases, we are here to help you.
Returns & Replacements
We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product
- You received a damaged or leaking product
- You received an expired product
- Product is missing from your package
To raise a return or replacement request, please email us at care@skinoorja.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear images/video of the package and the product
- A mandatory unboxing video showing the package being opened, without cuts
Please note:
Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted. All items must be returned in original condition, with original packaging, labels, and any included freebies.
Once verified and approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup (if serviceable) or guide you for self-shipping. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process the replacement or initiate a refund/store credit within 2–5 business days.
What is NOT eligible for return?
We do not accept return/refund claims if:
- The product is opened, used, or tampered with
- The original packaging or tags are missing or damaged
- The return request is raised after 48 hours from delivery
- The claim is made without an unboxing video or a video with cuts
- The issue is based on personal preference (e.g., fragrance, texture, dislike after usage)
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:
- Order is cancelled before dispatch
- Product is out of stock or unavailable
- A valid return request has been approved
Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 2–5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, the refund may take additional time to reflect.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, you may refuse delivery and we will treat it as a return.
Shipping & Delivery
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Haridwar, Uttarakhand by courier.
We dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping timelines may vary by location. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
We partner with trusted logistic services to ensure smooth and secure deliveries. However, please inspect the package at the time of delivery. Do not accept packages that appear tampered, resealed, or damaged and highlighted with the relevant remarks.
International Shipping & Returns Policy
We’re thrilled to share the love of Skinoorja with skincare lovers around the world! 🌍 We do offer international shipping, but there are a few important terms you should know before placing an order outside India.
🌐 International Shipping
- We ship across many countries worldwide.
- Free international shipping is available on orders of INR 15000/- or above.
- For small orders, shipping charges according to the destination will apply.
- Shipping fees will be visible at checkout before you make the payment.
Note: Shipping fees do not include any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges that may be levied by your country’s customs authorities.
📦 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All international orders are shipped from India and processed in compliance with Indian export regulations.
The consignee (you) is solely responsible for:
- Ensuring the products ordered are legally permissible in your country.
- Paying any customs duty, import tax, VAT, or additional fees required upon delivery.
- Complying with import regulations and quantity restrictions of your country.
If customs authorities reject, delay, or confiscate your shipment, we unfortunately cannot be held liable for such circumstances.
🚫 If an Order is Rejected by Customs
In rare cases, if your order is not cleared by customs and is returned to us:
- We may, at our sole discretion, refund the product amount after deducting:
- Forward & return shipping fees
- Customs clearance charges
- Any additional handling costs incurred
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 2–10 business days of receiving the returned parcel.
⛔ Cancellations on International Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
If your package is in transit or held at customs, cancellation or refund will not be applicable unless it is returned to us by the courier.
🔄 International Returns & Replacements
Due to international regulations and high logistics costs, we do not accept return or exchange requests for international orders unless:
- The wrong product was shipped
- You received a damaged, expired, or defective item
In such rare cases:
